Software issues? Sometimes it is quicker and less expensive to simply start over, but there's no need to buy a new system if your hardware is still in good shape. A reload of the operating system will return your pc to near new condition. We start with a hard drive test (because if the drive is failing, it may be contributing to the troubles you're having), and if that comes out ok, then we will wipe the drive for you (removing all previous data and traces of viruses / malware) and re-install the operating system your PC is licensed for (per the Microsoft COA sticker on the side or back of your case).
